Lovely tart rhubarb jam with an extra fiery kick of fresh root ginger—made with rhubarb and baby ginger grown right here on our farm.

We’re proud to be one of the few growers producing fresh baby ginger root in Maine. This jam pairs the bright, tangy bite of rhubarb with the bold warmth of freshly grated ginger for a spicy, invigorating twist on a classic.
